Ameristead Gutter Guards

Two things happened this week that are restoring my faith in our justice system. Unfortunately, they both happened in Florida. The first was after the Assistant Federal Prosecutor Pedophile from Gulf Breeze, Florida committed suicide in a Michigan prison. How someone who had tried suicide and was on a suicide watch manages to commit suicide I do not quite understand, but apparently it happened.

This pedophiles’ boss, the Federal Prosecutor of Northern Florida, decided, since this man never went to trial, and everyone is innocent until proven guilty, that the case would be closed and the good name of this pedophile would remain because they will expunge the record. The FBI walked in and said - NO. The case will remain open while they search for his other victims, because, to quote this deceased Pillar of the community - he had done it many times to children.

The second incident just happened, again in Northern Florida. Boot camp guards were found not guilty of the murder of a young teen age boy who they beat and stomped. They forced him to inhale ammonia. He died in the hospital the next day. The State of Florida already paid his family approximately Five Million Dollars for his wrongful death.

The trial of these guards, and the nurse, took place in that thriving, internationally renown, metropolitan area called Panama City. (Personally, I had trouble finding it on a map). The all white jury took just 90 minutes to say the defendants were not guilty of killing this black teenager.

The Justice Department said they are launching an investigation into this trial. The guards, and the nurse cannot be tried again for this murder, but they can be tried for violating this teens' civil rights.

I sincerely hope they are.
